Studley M & E completes state of the art recycling plant

Wirral based precious metal recycling specialist Ultromex has recently developed a recycling centre in Ellesmere Port for the world’s largest WEEE recycler Sims Recycling Solutions.

The plant, which is the first of its kind worldwide, provides cost effective, environmentally responsible recovery of cathode ray tubes (CRTs) from computer monitors /television screens and recycling of metals and glass.

Studley was responsible for the supply, fabrication and installation of the carbon, stainless and inconel pipework along with the equipment installation, testing and commissioning support.

Studley Electrical supplied the software design and implementation of E.C.I; MCC control panel, testing and commissioning .

Together the Studley team provided the capability to deliver the complete scope of services, ensuring a high-quality, safe single-service engineering solution.
