NBOL facility Studley have just completed the mechanical element of the worlds first dedicated sustainable bakery ingredients and foodservice packing operation at New Britain Oils Ltd facility in Liverpool.
PROJECT SCOPE
The packing plant and storage facility involved the installation of more than five thousand metres of hygienic stainless steel pipework, of which a good proportion was jacketed.
The installation of the plant, which included: vessels, pumps, heat exchangers, conveyors and packaging equipment was completed in nine months.
PROJECT TEAM
Project Director Neil Brierton along with Site Manager Steve Kendrick managed a team of up to 40 site mechanical craftsmen, who were supported by our fabrication work-shops in Liverpool.
